Obituary of Thomas Edward Wisted IV
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Thomas Edward Wisted IV announces his death which occurred on Friday, December 1, 2017 following a brief illness. He had his sister Susan & Josh, and his Aunt Rita Almon at his side. Tommy was born October 8, 1978 in Saint John, NB, the son of Patricia (Pat Sheehan) Blizzard of Mannville, AB and the late Thomas Edward Wisted III (July 2017). Tommy was educated in Saint John, NB. Like his father, Tommy was a Jack of all trades. He worked at various jobs over the years, but most recently at Valley Auto in Vermillion, AB. Tommy enjoyed music, collecting memorabilia, but most of all spending time with family and friends. In addition to his mother, Tommy is survived by his wife Kerry-Ann (Hartley) and the love of his life, his sons Tomas Edward Wisted V, Austin Hickman and Casey Wisted; sister, Susan Dionne (Josh Urquhart) and nephew Tristyn of Quispamsis, NB; brother, Vern Steeves (Diane); nephews: Christopher, Ryan, Owen and Samuel of Moncton, NB; step-sister, Angela Steacy (Daniel) and her family; Uncle, Thomas Sheehan (Alice) of Mannville, AB; Aunts: Rita Almon (Hughie), Teresa Tompkins (Tessy Sheehan) of Maugerville, NB and Gérène Richard of Moncton, NB; great aunts: Theresa Lagasse, Mary (Wilcox) Doucette, Kay Aucoin, Mary Mason (Terry) and Florence Sheehan; several cousins, and countless friends. Tommy was predeceased by his father; maternal grandparents, Thomas (Bunny) and Lena (Doucette) Sheehan (May 2017); his paternal grandparents, Thomas Edward Wisted II and Rita (Coveny) Wisted; His Aunts: Sharon Trembley and Kelly (Sheehan) Cyr; his nephew, Alexzender Flint-Kerr; several great aunts, great uncles and cousins. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visitation on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 12-2 pm. The Memorial Service will be held immediately following visitation at 2 pm in the Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances in memory of Tommy may be made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation.
