Obituary of Kirk James Reed

The peaceful passing of Kirk James Reed occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 9, 2018, after a period of failing health. Born in Verdun, QC on March 5, 1943, Kirk leaves behind his loving partner, Sharon Maillet of Saint John, his brother Terry (Heather) of Rothesay, daughter Tricia of Saint John and son Tyler of Guelph, ON, 3 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. Kirk was predeceased by his father Reginald and mother Margaret. Thank you to the nurses, doctors and staff at SJRH, 4CN for their outstanding care. Arrangements are in the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). At Kirk’s request, there will no visitation nor service. Charitable donations may be made to Romero House or the Canadian Cancer Society.
