Jennifer, So shocked and sorry to hear through my brother Gord of Clark's passing. Sincere condolences from my wife Lyn and I. You will remember we met at Niagara College at dinner a few years ago. Also pass on our condolences to Clark's sister Jill who is the same age as Gord (who is in Florida right now). Our parents and Clark's parents were great friends and attended many a party together in Westfield in the 60's and 70's. Making a donation to the YMCA Endowment Fund - Clark and I were both Past Presidents of the Saint John Y, and we spent many ideal days in our youth at the Westfield Golf Club. Happy memories.

This message is for all of Clark's family. When the Bretts came to Saint John in 1982, one of the first significant families for us, was the Clark Sancton family. Clark and a few other families were instrumental in the survival of RNS. Then, as the connection through RNS grew, it was a great pleasure to become friends at the adult and kid levels of our families. Jennifer and Andrew progressed through the grades together, as did Ian and Matthew, and we all watched Heather as she also graduated from RNS. We have been friends and enjoyed seeing the successes of our families over the past 34 years. It is sad to see Clark's passing, but please know that the Bretts have many fond memories of time with the Sancton family members. Jennifer; you will be comforted to know that Clark made a difference in the fibre of Saint John, with his work with the "Y" as well as RNS and other community work. He will be missed by many, and I know that we will connect in the future; all the best from Lynn and myself. as you know, we are in Florida, so will not see you till we return to S.J., but hope that we can share some happy stories about Clark, when we next see you.
