Obituary of Eldon Earle Chamberlain
The death of Eldon Earle Chamberlain of Princess Street, husband of the late Joyce (Arbo) Chamberlain occurred on December 8, 2002 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John he was the son of the late Leslie and Mary (Gaffney) Chamberlain. Eldon was employed with Centracare Saint John until his retirement in 1986. He is survived by four daughters Jean (Chris) Urquhart of Saint John, Darlene (Brian) Garnett of Rothesay, Charlotte (Brian Haines) Chamberlain of Grand Manan, Ann (Jeff) LaFrance of Rothesay, two brothers Leonard (Mary) of Saint John and Gerald (Pat) of Ontario, three sisters Isabel Ledden, Doreen Arbo and Joan Whitlock, seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife and parents he was predeceased by three brothers, two sisters and three brothers-in-law. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home 111 Paradise Row, Saint John with visiting on Monday, December 9, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2002 from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 AM. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery at a later date. Remembrances may be made to the Learning Disability Association of Saint John or the charity of the donor's choice. www.brenansfh.com
