Obituary of Harold H. Clements
The death of Harold H. Clements, of Saint John East, occurred on December 12, 2002, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born at Colina, NB, he was the son of the late Eldon and Caroline Clements. He served with the Canadian Armed Forces and was formerly employed with the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires at UNBSJ. He was a member of the 8th Hussars Princess Louise Association, Past President of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #14, and worked tirelessly as Sergeant of Arms of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 69. He was a carpenter by trade. He is survived by Mary C. Gamblin, his daughter Wanda and her husband John Farrow of Brantford, ON, his step-sons, his step daughters, his brother-in-law Roy Carhart of Sussex, NB, three grandchildren Stephanie, Tanya and Jason and many step-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister Muriel. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Royal Canadian Legion will hold a Tribute to a Veteran Service on Sunday at 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 16, 2002, at 2:15 PM, from Brenan's Chapel. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Field of Honor. Remembrances made to the Lancaster wheelchair Van or the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. www.brenansfh.com
