Obituary of Phyllis J. Lamb
The death of Phyllis J. (Miller) Lamb wife of Wilfred W. (Willy) Lamb occurred peacefully at her residence in Rothesay, NB on Tuesday, December 3, 2002. Born in Rothesay, NB, daughter of the late George Samuel and Katie (Dorcus) Miller she was a Registered Nurse by profession and had practiced at St. Joseph's Hospital, Saint John General Hospital and with the Victorian Order of Nurses before retirement. She was a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church in Rothesay and the Quispamsis Seniors Citizens Group. Besides her husband Willy, Phyllis is also survived by her son John (Kathleen) Warrington of Rothesay, step-daughter, Lana (Allan) Vallis, Kingston Peninsula, NB, one brother, Arthur Miller of Rothesay, five sisters; Betty Miller, Muriel Miller, Joan Byers, Helen (Herb) Withrow all of Rothesay and Audrey Pooley of Saint John, NB, two grandchildren, Brittaney and Ethan and several nieces and nephews. Phyllis is predeceased by her first husband Eugene Robert Warrington, a sister, Connie Miller and three brothers; Harry, Jordan and Usher Miller. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424) with visiting on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service on Friday, December 6, 2002 at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Rothesay at 2:00 p.m. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donors' choice.
