Art will be missed by all of us who knew him on Lansdowne Ave. Les called him the mayor of our street, he always greeted Les and I with good morning or a good what ever time of day it was. I always looked for him sitting on the porch and still do it was his thing. Art was a wonderful neighbor, kind and thoughtful of others. God bless you and your family. Eve and Les hugs
