Obituary of Vincent Thomas Boudreau
After a courageous battle with cancer, the death of Vincent Thomas Boudreau of Latimore Lake Road, husband of M. Irene (Leonard) Boudreau occurred on December 8, 2002 at his residence. Born in Lower Montague, PEI, he was the son of the late Thomas and Ellen (Murphy) Boudreau. Vincent was employed with Harold Peer as a plumber until his retirement in 1983 and worked for the PEI Department of Transportation, a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 937, Coburg St, enjoyed gardening, fishing and travelling. Besides his wife he is survived by two sons Michael (Helena) of Ontario, Thomas (Tom) (Kim) of Saint John, one daughter Christine (Robert) Saunders of Nauwigewauk, NB, one brother Eric (Doreen) of Quispamsis, two sisters Catherine MacKenzie of PEI, Patsy Cameron of Quispamsis, seven grandchildren : Rhonda (Jeff), Jennifer, Scott, Timothy, Anthony, Chantelle and Nathan, several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by one son Billy, two brothers John and Louie, two brothers- in -law Tony MacKenzie and Donald Cameron. By request there will be no visiting. A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Joachim's Church on Thursday, December 12, 2002 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at a later date. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
