Obituary of Isabel Louise Moore
With appreciation of a life well lived, the family of Isabel (Isie) Moore, loving wife to the late Francis Moore, grieve for her passing which occurred on Thursday, September-20, 2018 at Rocmaura Nursing Home. Born on December 30, 1923, she was daughter of the late William and Rebecca (Verner) Armstrong.
Isie was a happy person. She loved to laugh and was a joy to be around. She enjoyed spending her time playing Skip Bo and being with her many friends. Isie was also very charitable. With every grocery order, she would be sure to purchase extra cans of soup or vegetables to bring to church with her for their local food banks. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Isie will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides her parents and husband Francis, Isie was predeceased by her son Bradley and sister Audrey Tompkins.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) where visitation will be held on Sunday, September 23 from 2-4 and 6-8. A Funeral Service will take place on Monday, September 24 at 1:00 PM from Brenan’s Chapel with interment at Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
For those who wish, remembrances may be made to a charity of donor’s choice
