Obituary of Rena Elizabeth Cecile Moran
Rena Moran of Saint John passed away peacefully at the Loch Lomond Villa on Monday, October 1, 2018, at the age of 98. Born in Randolph, NB on September 29, 1920, she was the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (Brown) O’Brien.
Rena is survived by her children: Terry Baxter (Ron) of Baxter’s Corner, NB, Jeanne Cook (Steve) of Vancouver, BC, Zona Pereira (Les) of Whitby, ON, Judy Fanjoy (Al) of Burlington, ON, Tim Moran (Tracy), Tom Moran (Sandra) both of Vancouver, BC, Keven Moran of Fredericton, NB; along with 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and sister, Doreen Hatfield of Kingston, ON.
Besides her parents, Rena was predeceased by her son, Richard James; infant great-grandson, Parker Ryan and brother, Harold (Bud) O’Brien.
The family would like to thank the entire staff of Elm House, Loch Lomond Villa. You became our extended family and will forever be in our hearts.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, 634-7424. A Graveside Service will take place on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 10:00 am in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Loch Lomond Villa Foundation or charity of donor’s choice.
