Obituary of Audrey Mae Kelly
With appreciation for a life well-lived, the family of Audrey Mae Kelly announces her passing, which occurred on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Shannex, Tucker Hall. Born in Sussex, NB on March 8, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Murray Garfield and Jessie Mae (Osborne) Friars.
Audrey will be missed by her sons, Michael Carmen Kelly (Laurie), Bruce Wallace Kelly and Robin Allison Kelly (Joy Smallman); grandchildren, Morgan, Hannah, Gage and Jack Kelly; a brother, Wayne Friars (Gaila); as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Audrey was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Allison C. Kelly; and a brother, Bernard Friars.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visitation on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A celebration of Audrey’s life will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 12:00 pm from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
