Obituary of Angela Margaret Fairweather
With great sorrow, the family of Angie Fairweather, wife of the late William "Bill" Fairweather, announce her unexpected, but peaceful, passing on Monday, February 4, 2019 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born April 12, 1965 in Saint John, she was a daughter of Bessie (Brydges) and the late R. Hutchison O’Donnell.
Angie worked at Zellers for years before working for Dealermine. She loved animals, the countryside, and music. Angie’s family knew best that she was always late, and that she was very stubborn and determined, but she was sure of herself and always knew what she wanted.
In addition to her mother, Bessie, Angie will be missed by her daughter, Cynthia; son, Mackenzie (Kristen McGivery); sisters: Sharon Landry (Leonard) and Janet Little (Malcolm); brother, Barry O’Donnell (Karine); sister-in-law, Claire Fairweather; brother-in-law, Keith Fairweather; her canine friend, Rapper; as well as several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 10:00 AM from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society, SPCA- Animal Rescue, or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. Please place online condolences and remembrances at www.brenansfh.com.
