A special thank you to Darrell Johnston for all of his help during Bill's journey. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by his sister, Susan Power and nephew, Chad Driscoll. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation, which will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 from 12:00 - 1:00 PM at Erb’s Cove Baptist Church and will immediately be followed by the funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM.
