Obituary of Laura Faith Parks
The death of Laura 'Faith' Parks, wife of the late Rev. Raymond Howe Parks, occurred on October 9, 2003, at her residence, Bayview Special Care Home, Lower Kars. Born at Grays Mills, NB, she was the daughter of the late Stephen H. and Margaret (Williams) Bradley. Life as a pastor's wife took her to many New Brunswick and Nova Scotia communities as well as serving in the United States and Africa. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband her brothers John, Ernest, James and David and her sisters Dora, Ethel, Margaret and Alice predeceased her. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2003, at 2:00 PM, with her nephew, Rev. Stephen Bradley officiating. Interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances to the Gideon Bible Plan or the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
