Obituary of Avon M. Raymond
The death of Avon M. Raymond (Grimmer), in her 88th year, occurred on March 1, 2003 in Lantana, Florida after a brief illness. She is survived by her two son's, W. David Grimmer (Elizabeth Mockler) of Saint John and H. Malcom Grimmer (Lainie) of Santa Fe, New Mexico, 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and special friend Dean Goddard. Avon was predeceased by her first husband the Reverend Howard M. Grimmer and second husband William Raymond and her parents William and Christine Atkinson of Moncton. A private family service and committal will be held at St. Michaels All Angels Anglican Church, Minto, New Brunswick in the spring.
