Obituary of Maurice William "Zeak" Scott

The death of Maurice “Zeak” Scott occurred, at his residence in St. Martins, on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2003, after battling Cancer for almost three years. Born in Panama City, Florida, he was the son of Clytie Scott and the late Charles W. Scott. Zeak is survived by his mother Clytie Scott of St. Martins; ex-wife Shelly Robarts; son Sean Chisholm of Saint John; maternal grandfather Maurice Bowland; aunts Lynn Bell, Leah Gallagher, Doreen and Jane; uncle Ralph Bowland; special friends: Rodney, Todd, Stephen, Shelley, Sharon, Cheryl, Laurie, Noreen, Allan, Vanessa, Angela, Bob, Jim, Carolyn and all his good friends at Downey's; nieces and nephews: Emily, Erin, Kate and Garth; cousins from the Allen and O'Dell families in Parkersburg, West Virginia and several cousins in Florida. At the request of the family, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in St. Martins on Saturday, August 16th, 2003 at 2:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the IWK-Health Centre Foundation or New Brunswick Extra-Mural Foundation.
