Obituary of Pauline Beatrice McCumber
McCumber, Pauline B. - The death of Mrs. Pauline Beatrice (Donovan) McCumber formerly of Hillcrest Drive, occurred on Friday June 13, 2003 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Nellie (Mullins) Donovan. Pauline was employed in the Assessment Office for the Provincial Government until her retirement. She was a member of the Rothesay R.C.L. Senior Citizens, Kennebacasis United Baptist Church, a life membership to the United Baptist Woman's Missionary Union of the Atlantic Provinces and an avid bowler. Pauline is survived by two sons Harold (Bonnie) McCumber of North Carolina, David (Margaret) of Hampton, one daughter Joan (James) Crozier of Barachois, NB, seven grandchildren Tricia and Stephen, Ryan, Regan, Reid, Todd, Alanna, six great grandchildren Taylor, Laney, Nicholas, Shanyn, Bryce and Cabe, several cousins, members of the Walsh family, Sharon, Mark, Johnny, Michael and Brian. Besides her parents she was predeceased by one brother Harold. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424) with visiting on Sunday, June 15, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Service will be celebrated on Monday, June 16, 2003 from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel at 2:15 PM. Interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Salvation Army or the charity of the donor's choice.
