Obituary of Bruce Robert Mailman

The death of Bruce Robert Mailman, of Saint John East, occurred on Friday, October 24, 2003, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on June 9, 1975, he was the son of Robert Mailman of Saint John and Lorna (Cyr) Ewing of Bains Corner. Bruce was a graduate of Simonds High School. He was formerly employed with Lepreau as a carpenter and was presently enrolled at the Saint John Community College. Besides his father, mother and step-father, Bill Ewing, he is survived by three children, Matthew, Alyson and Kyle, his paternal grandmother, Inez Mailman of Saint John, maternal grandmother, Louise Albert of Saint John, several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother, Jeff Mailman in 1991. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception on Monday, October 27, 2003 at 12:00 Noon. Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Remembrances to the War Amps or the IWK Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
