Obituary of Brenda Jane Hedberg
The death of Mrs. Brenda (Estey) Hedberg of Saint John, NB, wife of Bud Jenkins, occurred on Thursday, March 6, 2003 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, she is the daughter of Frances J. (Dunham) Arnem and the late Ian B. Estey. Brenda had been employed with L.M. Berry Yellow Pages for over 20 years. She was a member of St. Mary and St. Bartholomew's Church. Brenda enjoyed trailering at Cambridge Narrows. Brenda is survived by her mother, Frances Arnem and her step-father, Robert J. Arnem of Saint John, one son, Sean Hedberg (Michelle) and one daughter, Tanya Hedberg, both of Saint John, two brothers, her twin, Brian (Bonnie) Estey of Coles Island, NB, and Kevin (Pauline) Estey of Rothesay, step-children, Patrick Jenkins, Suzy (Dave) Hansen and Angie Jenkins, one niece, three nephews, as well as two great-nieces and one great-nephew. She was predeceased by her father, Ian Estey. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, with visitation on Saturday from 7-9 PM and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 10, 2003 at 2:00 PM from St. Mary and St. Bartholomew's Church, Westmorland Road, Saint John. Interment will take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated. www.brenansfh.com
