Obituary of Carol Ann Fullarton

The passing of Carol Ann Fullarton of Saint John occurred on Saturday, August 17, 2019.  She was born on October 4, 1946 in Grand Bay. 

Carol was a member of Forest Hills Baptist Church.  She loved music and playing guitar.  Carol was very outspoken and had an awesome sense of humour.  She enjoyed collecting teapots, ornaments and trinkets.  She also enjoyed yard sales and always looked forward to her Saturday yard sale shopping adventures.

Carol Ann is survived by her husband, Richard Vern Fullarton; chosen “son” (grandson), Caleb Nash; daughters, Evelyn Lanteigne (Rob) and Clare Jennings (Charles); step-children, Ben Fullarton (Melanie), Cory Fullarton, Jen Nash (Vernon) and Deanna Nash (Alain); 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; step-father, Curtis Rupert; as well as sisters, Patsy Woodhouse and Linda Smith.  She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Clara (Duguay) Connell; father-in-law, Vern Fullarton, mother-in-law, Nina Rupert; sister, Francis Malenfant and infant twin daughter.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no visitation.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service which will take place at Forest Hills Baptist Church, 36 Mountain Road, Saint John on Wednesday August 21, 2019 at 11:00 AM.  Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424).
