We send our love, prayers and condolences to family and friends of Fran. My husband and I live in her basement apartment in Long Reach on the Kingston Peninsula. We were her last tenants before she sold the house. Fran and I became friends but unfortunately didnt keep in touch after the move. She was a wonderful and interesting lady. May you rest easy on your heavenly journey

What a wonderful lady so talented. She worked so hard to keep all our Kiwanis members informed with her Key Note Bulletin she even won the award for best bulletin. We were all so proud of her. From hosting an event at her place to her decorating the meeting room over the years she was always helping. Thank you Fran for your service to our community you made it better. I have lived in the same seniors retirement community as Frances for close to five years, I have so many fond memories to remember her by. Truly a wonderful woman in all her accomplishments in life, her love for humanity has helped many people throughout her life as a Federal Counsellor and the the children she has taken in. As Angels are observers of our life and that which shall be written in her book of life will bring her everlasting life. Also acknowledging all the care givers in all aspects of her life, some very close to her and visited and stayed with her until time was so very near to talk to her, pray with her and she was fully aware of us all and was never alone to the end by her loving children. Health Horizon 3C North we thank you all for your professionalism and were nice to be with.
