Obituary of Celestin Martin Hebert
It is with great sadness that the family of Charlie Hebert announces his passing, which occurred on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at the Loch Lomond Village. Born in Saint-Simon, NB on April 18, 1921, he was a son of the late Martin and Angelina (Landry) Hebert.
Charlie was a hard-working man who adored his family. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He worked as a longshoreman until his retirement.
Charlie will be missed by his son Frenette Hebert (Rita); his beloved only granddaughter Lori Hebert who was the apple of his eye; a brother Vincent Hebert (Jeanne) and brothers and sisters in Montreal and Caraquet; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Charlie was predeceased by his loving wife Regina Mary (Mallet) Hebert of 64 years.
Charlie’s family wishes to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the nurses and staff of Dogwood House for their compassionate care.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visitation on Monday, December 30, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Loch Lomond Villa Foundation. Online condolences may be placed at www.BrenansFH.com
