What a wonderful tribute to Fred, a life well lived, shared with family and laughter. My thoughts go back to days on Mt. Pleasant Court , skiing at Poley Mountain and days playing at your home. Fred was a member of that wonderful generation, well regarded and respected. We always felt welcomed by both Kate & Fred. Please know I am sending warmest wishes and hugs to all your family.

One of the nicest people I ever had the privilege of knowing. Met Fred originally thro Rotary then on to skiing, business and so much more. He and Catherine (Kate) were a real pleasure for me. A life very well lived and I was blessed. My sincere condolences to the family.

Judy and family,
I was saddened to hear of your Dad's passing, but how lucky you all were to have him in your lives for so long. I remember your Mom and Dad fondly from my youth playing at your home, and I recently learned that a friend of mine bought your Dad's home on Ravenscliffe. (I still make your Mom's molasses honeycomb dessert :) The more enriched a person makes our lives, the harder it is to let them go. I hope the wonderful memories you have of your Dad as well as the love you have around you will support you through this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Fred Fowler was highly regarded by all who shared life's path with him. Indeed, he may well be the last of our parents' generation to bid us adieu. The Fowler "kids' had great parents as role models and they always made their mom and dad proud.
