I have just learned of Edna's passing as I live in Edmonton and unfortunately do not check on the old crowd like I use to since Mom (Hedwidge Hayward) passed away in September 2015. She was a close friend to Mom and Dad for over 60 years and I had the privilege of knowing her as I grew up. She was always so kind. A Lovely Lady with the most beautiful laugh. Edna was one of those people that one was always so happy to see and one you can never forget. I hope she is having tea with Mom and Mary. Heartfelt condolences to Randy, Karen and Daryl.

My mother Geraldine Robichaud (Lebouthillier) knew your mom well. I have good memories of your mom as she always visited my mom when coming to Legaceville as she was mom's cousin. She always had a smile on her face. I will tell my mom about your mom's passing. She now resides in a nursing home in Neguac and she is 94 years old. Some of you might have been around for Amedee's funeral. Both my husband and I were at the funeral. My mom and I want to offer the family our sincere condolences.

My deepest condolences to Randy, Karen, Daryl and your families for your loss of your dear mother.
So many years have past since Pugsley avenue. We were very young, innocent and so happy in those times.
Mr and Mrs Dibblee treated with such kindness, respect and guidance in those formative years.
When your family moved away it made an impression on me. Part of growing up and friends moving on in there lives.
Many decades later it was such a surprise and honour that Mrs Dibblee, Karen, Daryl and Bernice attended visitation for my own mother’s passing. Wonderful to see Mrs Dibblee with her gracious manor and kind words. Karen was so lovely and kind just as I remembered her. Daryl and Bernice so warm and friendly. All of you so comforting in that situation.
Your mother is remembered as wonderful lady who raised a wonderful family.
Love and respect from the Chiasson’s.

What a beautiful picture of Edna!
We will miss Edna and are thankful for your trust in us to care for her. I know the staff loved her and that they will miss her presence. Every time I was in Edna's room, I would observe the staff being so kind and gentle with her; it made my heart full to see how they loved her.
We will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers. I apologize in advance for our diminished presence at the funeral home, as we are trying to keep our contact with others to a minimum, so that we protect the other residents during this challenging time worldwide.
God bless you all.
