I have many wonderful memories including taking an entire day to help my mother and I clean up a new apartment down at OSU - She was so generous with her time and talents! We watched a few great OSU football games at her home! Feeling fortunate to have known her and sending prayers and condolences to the Staples family.

Mrs. Staples was Jay’s second mom, taking care of him in Columbus while he was at OSU. Then years later the Staples welcomed him and our friend Stan to their home from Hawaii on the week of our wedding. I still treasure the hand made lavender lingerie set she made as a gift for my bridal shower thirty years ago. We are so sorry to hear of her passing, and will be forever grateful for her love. What an amazing and dear friend. God bless her family and friends that mourn her, we were all blessed to have her love. Peace be with you. Jay and Darla Rovniak
