I had the great pleasure of working with Brenda during her time at the Rothesay Superstore. I worked with Brenda for several years, usually supporting her during the Wednesday night adult gourmet classes. I remember seeing Brenda's great love for her granddaughter Ellie, who also attended our kids' classes from time to time. I loved Brenda's real nature, her tell it how it is attitude, and her kind and genuine interest in my own life and activities. I most enjoyed our time after classes were finished, before cleaning up, when we would sit and enjoy our creations together and chat for a while. I learned a lot about cooking through our time together, and I still have some of our favourite recipes cooked from this time. Sending my sincere condolences to family and friends.
