A note to all Cec's family I was sorry to hear of his passing, We worked together at Canada Post and when the organization changed in the 90s we were both given a share of the NBPEI district, he took me under his wing on the Operations side made my big promotion so much easier, he was a mentor. ; support system and always a good friend. Debbie and Family; So sorry to hear of you father's passing. He and your Mom visited me for the first time right after my son had been seriously injured by an impaired driver. On that day I was having a hard time and they both listened with great love and patience. They were total strangers to me but what they did that day will never be forgotten. They continued to drop by my home for years after that and I always looked forward to them coming . Dear Vibert Family We have fond memories of wonderful times spent together with our Dear Spiritual Brother and Sister - Cecil and Phyllis - and their children - while in Chandler, Quebec.
