Barb was a wonderful colleague in the classroom. She was there for one reason,
but her generous nature led her to be a help to all.
As our friend, we could count on her kindness, as well as her ability to turn any event
or mishap into a hilarious anecdote.
Barb will be very much missed in many ways. Our sympathies to the Hannah family.

My heart goes out to all in the family. She certainly was a giver. I enjoyed the time we worked sporatically together years ago in theocratic ASL assignments. Her personality came shining through and her enthusiasm was so appreciated by all. May Jehovah comfort and reassure you of his love and compassion in the loss of your family member and our friend.

To the Hannah Family:
We were so sad to hear of Barb's passing. Robert just talked to her last week on the phone, thanks to a helpful nurse.
She will be missed. "Bob" always had a great story to tell...often of her own mishaps and they were always riveting. Her stories and her wit as well as her genuine love of people will always be remembered.
We all long for the day when she will awaken refreshed and energetic and ready to make new memories...new stories to tell. Until then she is in the best place anyone can be...Jehovah's memory.
With love,
Robert and Lauramary Cook

I worked with Barb when she was an interpreter for APSEA. She was blown away one day when we were talking about my partner’s love for grapefruit and how we didn’t have a grapefruit spoon at home to eat it with. Time passed and I had totally forgotten about the conversation. All of a sudden at the end of one of our sessions when she and our student were leaving, she sat this weird looking triangle spoon on the table and said, “ there you go, that’s a grapefruit spoon for you guys to use now instead of struggling with a regular spoon.”
Barb was always doing kind things for others and would do so when you needed it most without ever expecting anything in return. Her students were always spoiled ☺️
You will be missed Barb ❤️ Rest Peacefully
Amanda Weaver

Dear Hannah family, what a beautiful picture of our dear Barbie Doll, we miss her already. She had a heart of gold. We loved getting her daily picture jokes, it always made our day. We throughly enjoyed staying with her at the sign language assemblies and conventions in Brampton. We had so much fun hanging out with the deaf and especially those from the Maritimers. We now know how much she loved clothes and shoes. We also know how much you love her and did for her and like you we look forward to welcoming her back in good health in the coming promised paradise earth. Lots of love, Chris and Laurie Coton
