Obituary of Bonnie White Elliott
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Bonnie (nee MacDonald) Elliott of Saint John, NB announce her peaceful passing at 8:00 AM on January 10, 2021 at The Saint John Regional Hospital. Proceeded by her late husband Albert James Elliott. Bonnie has battled with cancer since 2014 and has given a great fight in the battle.
Bonnie is survived by her daughter Karen Sarah Turgeon (Paul Daley – her fiancée) of Saint John, NB along with 6 daughters and 2 sons. Her beloved grandchildren Zachary Turgeon, Kieayra Theriault, Nickole Theriault – who \has cared for her till the end. Special granddaughter Michelle Gerrits and great grandchildren Zoey, Kaden and Mya.
Special close friends Jean Earle and Laura Richard who were loved like daughters as well. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Candace Ring for homecare services and the friendship provided.
Bonnie was loved by all and had friends of many. In her spare time, she enjoyed going to 14 Branch Legion, Buffalo Club and the Adanac where she would sing and dance the many nights away. Bonnie also enjoyed hanging out with her special friends Mark Ferguson, Maggie Leblanc and many others that she has met and spent time with over the years. Bonnie has touched a lot of hearts and will always be remembered by all as “Little Bonnie” who loved to dance and bring smiles to all who knew her.
The memorial visitation will be held at Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) at a later date due to Covid-19 restrictions.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in “Little Bonnie’s” memory to A Living Memorial through Brenan’s Funeral Home.
