Condolences to Leona's Family. So sorry to hear that Leona has passed. I haven't seen Leona in years, but Ill always remember her.
I first met her at Full Gospel probably around 40 years ago. We became friends. We used to have lots of laughs together. I valued her friendship as she did mine..
Somehow along the way, with life changes and me moving, we just sort of lost touch.
I will never forget the times that we shared. She was a Beautiful Lady that Loved the Lord ~ I know she is in Heaven singing his Praises

So sorry to hear about Leona's passing. I first met her at Full Gosple years ago. One night after church my friend Donna and I hooked up with her and Gerry (first time meeting him) at Tim's,Kanes Corner.. We sat in Gerry's car with our coffees and chatted away. Donna sat her coffee cup on the ledge of the back window and I assumed it was empty. When I finished my coffee I slammed it into Donna's cup which to my surprise was still half full. Coffee flew all over Gerry's back window and roof. Leona laughed so hard. I was so embarressed. Poor Gerry. All ended well ofcourse. Later Leona and Gerry moved to Martinon so I got to see her more often (usually at the River Road Co-op). She had the kindest eyes I ever saw. Precious lady. My sincerest condolences to all her family and friends.Leanne
