I was introduced toTherese several years ago while visiting my sister Carol Dingee in Vancouver. Therese was highly respected by her friends and colleagues, she leaves a life filled with giving of herself.
Since I live in N.B. I always tagged along when Carol visited Therese in Saint John. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to visit her and get to know this remarkable lady.
My condolences to her family and friends.

Therese was deeply loved by her family, we will always cherish our memories of her. She often travelled to visit us all bringing news of the family, from Vancouver to St. John’s, she was our intrepid reporter.

It was a privilege to have Therese as my friend.
I worked with Therese at St Vincent's Hospital in Vancouver. She lived a life of service both locally and internationally. In addition to her responsibilities at the hospital Therese was always busy with projects- her twice a year book sale, raising funds
and collecting medical supplies for the hospitals she founded in Bolivia. When she went to Normandy to volunteer at L.Arche , within the first month she was asked to take over as supervisor.
Therese loved opera and often accompanied friends to the performances at the Vancouver Opera.
I have many fond memories of Therese not only at work but also at the opera and at social events at her residence and the homes of mutual friends in Vancouver
After Therese relocated to Saint John I was fortunate to count myself among the many friends and relatives who were able to visit her.
I will miss this gracious lady.
My condolences to her family and friends

To Sister Therese’s family, I am very saddened to learn of Sister Therese’s passing. She was a wonderful mentor to me and shared a wealth of knowledge and her many adventures and accomplishments in life, although too humble to name them, I had to pry these stories from her. I visited Sister each Monday for our weekly bridge game, and she played a “mean” game. It didn’t matter if she won or lost, she always said “it’s just for fun”. What a stellar of a woman. She did tell me that she didn’t ask God for much but would just like to celebrate her 100th birthday with us. She will have a heavenly grand celebration!!!
I will miss this sweet angel terribly. She is now an angel among angels. Rest In Peace my dear friend, my heart is broken!
Fondly,
Nadia Zed
