Obituary of Pauline Breen
It is with great sorrow that the family of Pauline (Doherty) Breen announce her passing on June 6, 2021, at Bobby’s Hospice. Born in Saint John, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late Alexina and Dyson Doherty.
Pauline is survived by her children. Patti (Robert) Kleinke, Susan (Gordon) Steels, Pamela (Dan) Pastirik, Michael (Joyce) Breen and Kevin (Carole) Breen, her well-loved grandchildren Rian, Hilary, Molly, Amy, Max, Nicholas, Connor, Megan, Jillian, Hannah and Lynden and her great-grandchild Ava, her sisters Lois, Maxine, and Diane, and a loving extended family.
Aside from her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Michael Vincent Breen and her grandson Michael Daniel Pastirik.
Polly was a kind and giving person who had the ability to make others feel special in her presence. She achieved something that is both simple, yet profound: the ability to love and be loved by many.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, from 2-7 pm.
