Obituary of Tina Leighton
It is with great sadness that the family of Tina Leighton announces her passing at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, June 16th, 2021. Tina was born to
Linda Leger and Robert Leighton in Calais, Maine on November 12th, 1973.
Tina loved going to Tim Hortons on King Street. She loved her kitty, Baby, but most of all she loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Tina loved to spend her time singing and listen to music. She was an incredibly loving person who was always happy to see family and friends.
Tina is survived by her loving mother, Linda Leger; son, Jesse Gallant (Chelsy) of P.E.I; sister, Amy Gautreau; grandchildren, Chase and Sienna Gallant; uncles, Robert Daigle (Debbie) and Allan Daigle (Heather); aunt, Theresa Stewart (Doug); and her caring friends: Sharon, Alan, and Brenda.
She was predeceased by her uncle, Ronnie Dempsey, and her grandparents
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). A Celebration of Tina's Life will take place on Friday, June 18th, 2021 at 2:00PM from the Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. For those unable to attend the funeral, the service will be livestreamed and can be viewed on Brenan's website. Donations in Tina’s name may be made to the SPCA- Animal Rescue or a charity of the donor's choosing.
