Obituary of Alain Labrie
In loving memory of Alain Labrie, who passed away suddenly at age 50. Alain was born on May 23, 1971 in Montreal, Quebec. He graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and worked as an independent computer software programmer/developer of Ware-Wolf Games.
Alain was an enthusiast of movies from every era and format and loved outdoor cooking. He adopted several pets over the years including, most recently, the family dog Buddy.
Alain was predeceased by his father, Georges-Henri and his sisters, Diane and Chantal. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Jennifer; his beloved daughter, Anne-Marie; his mother, Lorraine (Andre); his brothers, Serge, Alex, Simon and Maxime and their partners; his nieces and nephews, aunts/uncles cousins and friends.
There will be a private memorial held in Saint John, with his final resting place in Montreal, Quebec. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Alain to the Canadian Mental Health Association New Brunswick would be appreciated.
