Marilyn, I was away for a while and just learned of John's death. I am so sorry to hear that news. You were a very special couple , I will always remember your kindness to my Rick , a paper boy when he was just young and delivered to the people on your street. I am sure that gave him a big lift on those cold mornings and he would share with me his day.
This will be a big loss for you and your family and please know I am thinking of you. Deepest condolences,
Muriel Baxter Flood.

Marilyn,
Barbara and I were very sad to learn that you have lost John. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy.
I first met him in 1952 when we were in COTC together at Camp Borden. As you know I was moved to Moncton in 1957 and
unexpectedly crossed paths with him again as we literally passed one another on a sidewalk downtown.
It was our pleasure to know you both in our respective early years of marriage.
We returned to Moncton in 1989 and I finished my time with CN as Assistant Vice President of the Atlantic Region in 1992.
Wishing you well as you carry on without your beloved partner.
Sincerely Barbara and Howard Easton eastonjh@nb.sympatico.ca

Marilyn and family.
I had the great pleasure of meeting John and working with him when first going to hear a speech by Preston Manning. John was a terrific leader and caring Canadian. How much more care people who make Canada home after leaving their original home have for this great country. So glad to have been blessed to get to know John. May you be blessed with your fond memories of the years lived in a full life
God Bless
Mark
