My condolences on your loss. I worked with Peggy in the day classes for the deaf at Glen Falls School. She was a knowledgeable teacher who enjoyed the children and their parents. She will be forever remembered by many as their first teacher and by me as my first co-teacher of the deaf. Rest In Peace, Miss Purcell.
So sad to hear of Peggys death. I have wonderful memories of time spent with Peggy at Rosary Hall(Teachers College) and 2 summers studying French at St. Joseph's University.Always fun times....travelling in her little car. We saw each other over the years with Judy,Florence.. My condolences to all the family. RIP my dear friend!~

We were all so saddened to learn of Peggy’s passing. As the oldest cousin on our ‘Muldowney side’ I have such great memories of all the stories that Peggy had to share. Her perspective was so wonderfully enlightening as her personal experiences related to a much younger Nan Muldowney and all our aunts and uncles. We loved spending time with all of our ‘cool’ cousins in Halifax and will forever cherish memories of Peggy. She was always so kind, caring and welcoming!! Thinking of you all!! Sandy & John
So sorry to hear of Peggy's passing. I remember the fun times had at Nan Muldowney's when we got together in the summers many years ago. Peggy's kindness and care for Aunt Anne is well remembered, as is her infectious laugh. God Bless.
