Obituary of Mary Louise Corvec

Mary Louise Corvec went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on October 5, 2022.

Mary Lou was born to Frank and Elizabeth McNally, on June 28, 1946.  Mary Lou grew up in Saint John and graduated from St. Vincent’s in 1964.  Soon after she moved to Montreal and worked at the newspaper.  She returned home and spent many years caring for her parents.  Mary Lou lived a quiet life that she filled with her love of books, music, the Montreal Canadiens and her beloved cats.

Mary Lou leaves behind many cousins and her, much-loved cat Moly.

The family would like to extend their thanks and gratitude to the staff at The Church of St John & St Stephen Home Inc for their care and compassion for Mary during her time with them.

Arrangements are under the care and directions of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row., Saint John (634-7424). Mary Lou’s celebration of life will be as she lived with a quiet viewing on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 10 am - 11 am followed by a service in the chapel at 11 am. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
