Obituary of Jane Stennick Endicott Buckley
With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Jane Stennick Endicott Buckley, wife of Clarence J. Buckley, on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Fredericton, New Brunswick on January 15, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Charles Kingsbury and Violet L. (Stennick) Endicott.
In addition to her husband, she will be remembered by her children, including Randy Buckley (Gwen), Fredericton, and Faye Salter (Bill), Ontario, and several grandchildren, including Micky. Jane will be dearly missed by her brother, Charles Kingsbury Endicott Jr., New Jersey, USA, and sisters, Patsy Vautour (Paul) and Geraldine Gallant (Murray), Minto, NB. Also left to mourn are many nieces and nephews.
Jane was predeceased by her parents and a few siblings, including her brother, Douglas Levison (Mary), and daughter, Lorraine.
A special thank you to the staff and residents at Chateau de Champlain for welcoming Jane into their family for this last year. Also, gratitude is extended to the staff at the Cardiac Care Unit of the Saint John Regional Hospital for providing care and assistance to Jane and her family.
Visitation will take place at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John on Monday, December 12, 2022, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held in their Chapel on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 1:00 pm. The family request that masks be worn at both events.
For those who wish, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Alzheimer Society, Diabetes Association, or Arthritis Society, in Jane’s memory. www.BrenansFH.com
