Dupuis, Frances Irene “Fran” (nee Grant)

Frances Irene “Fran” Dupuis (nee Grant) passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital, on Friday, January 13^th, 2023.  Born in Saint John on April 4^th, 1947, she was the beloved daughter of the late Kenneth and Frances (nee Judge) Grant.

In addition to her husband, Charles (Charlie) Dupuis, Fran is survived by her children Grant (Cathy) Fawcett and Krista Mawhinney along with her stepchildren Mark (Dawn) Dupuis, Kimberley (Murray) Crawford, Charles “Joe” Dupuis Jr., Edward (Mary Ellen)  Dupuis.  She will be especially missed and remembered by her 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, all of whom she adored.  She is also survived by cherished siblings David (Dorothy) Grant, Richard Grant, and Sybil Till, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and her many friends.

Besides her parents, Fran was predeceased by her step-son David Dupuis.

In keeping with Fran’s wishes there will be no visitation. A Committal Service will be held at Ocean View Memorial Gardens, 715 Latimore Lake Road, Saint John, on Thursday, January 19^th, 2023, at 11 am.  Arrangements are entrusted to Brenan’s Funeral Home (634-7424).
