Leonard Lynch posted a condolence

We were so saddened to hear of Joyce's passing. Joyce was an extremely kind and upbeat person. It was an honor to have known her. The Lynch family is forever grateful to the Smith family for renting their cottage to the Lynch's for so many years. It was a pleasure to leave the city to spend time in the beautiful countryside of what was then known as Fairvale.
Our most sincere condolences.
Joan and Leonard Lynch

On behalf of my family, I would like to express our sincere condolences to Joyce's loved ones on her passing. I have many fond memories of afternoon visits to George and Joyce's Fairvale home with my mom, one of Joyce's nieces. Joyce was a delightful fixture at family gatherings. Her gracious, kind and giving spirit will be forever be remembered. Love and Prayers From: Janet (Peacock), Bob, Mark and Ellen McKinney XO

So difficult to say goodbye to such a lovely lady. Always gentle, always a smile. When David and I were building our home on Maliseet Drive, she so often wandered over checking on our progress and without a doubt, a snack and an invite to her nearby home to rest up! And many, many Christmas Eve’s to celebrate a couple of birthdays. Precious memories- RIP Joyce - you leave your gentle mark on many hearts. Condolences to her family.. Dave and Marie (Peacock)
