Obituary of Patricia Anne Charlton
With her children at her side, Patricia Anne Charlton (nee Conway) passed away at the age of 75 on November 4th, 2023. Patricia was born on April 29th, 1948, in Saint John, New Brunswick to the late Harold and Elizabeth Conway (nee Rossley).
Patricia excelled at the two things she was most proud of - being a mother and grandmother. "Nanny" was the type who got on the floor and played and loved nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren Brea, Katie, Kyran, Ashley, and Grayson.
Patricia is survived by her children, Keith Charlton (Cynthia), Jeff Charlton (late Bridget), Kimberly Charlton, and Clinton Charlton (Colleen); her grandchildren: Brea O'Donnell (Clinton), Katie Fowler (Andrew), Kyran Charlton, Ashley Graves (Jeff), and Grayson Charlton; her great-grandchildren: Callie, Austin, Lauren, and Khloe; her sister Valerie Willar (Rick), her brother Norman Conway, numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, and her treasured friends Janice Oliver and Starr McLeod.
Besides her parents, Patricia was predeceased by her husband James and his parents John and Gertrude Charlton, her siblings James, Thomas, Mary-Lou, and Robert, as well as her beloved daughter-in-law Bridget.
A Funeral Service for family and close friends will be held on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023, at 11am at Brenan's Funeral Home (506-634-7424), 111 Paradise Row, Saint John. A private interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery immediately following the service.
