George was my little brother! I was his big sister. He was a particularly loving, colorful and generous uncle to my three children, Terry, Margaret Anne and Suzanne. He grieved tremendously for Margaret Anne, my daughter, his neice. All through his childhood I was there to nurture him through the adversities of growing up on Greenhead Road in what was known as Randolph. Even after I grew into my own life we kept contact, always there for each other. He was particularly helpful in moving me out of Broad street quickly. Yes, he was always there whenever I needed help. I helps me to know his friends were near him when he died. Unfortunately, I just found out through the media…….but he knows my spirit will always be with him, my baby sister, Vi, and my dear sister Patty. My children and I have many photos of Georgie to cherish through the next phase of our lives. Always remembered,
Big sister, Irene
