Condolences to the Martin family on the loss of your father. Hugh and I met in Montreal in the early 60's working at CPR. We reconnected in Saint John. We met for coffee often recounting the old times (never quite solving the world problems).
Hugh was a good friend and will be missed.

Our sympathy to Davina, Derrick and all the Martin family as you share your memories of a brother, uncle, and father; enjoy your time together as you share, laugh, cry and keep his memory alive.

"Hugo" bailed me out of IT trouble continually at the SJRH. He had a wicked sense of humor and was sorely missed when he retired. Condolences to his family.

I will always remember Hugh as a pleasant man to talk with.
He is now safe and sound with his beloved wife Ruth.
Hugh find my mother and ask her to make the Black Forest Cake which I never got around to making it for you!
Every time we saw each other you would come out with,
Where is my Black Forest Cake???
You will be truly missed by your family and friends.
Until we meet again I will keep in touch with your Daughter's & Son.
Love Anita ❤️
