Obituary of Linda Elaine Bowland

Linda Elaine (Goodine) Bowland, 65, of Saint John, NB and formerly of Nashua, NH, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 5, 2024 in Saint John.  She was born on January 21, 1959 in Nashua, NH. 

Linda was a smart, caring and proud strong woman.  She loved being outdoors, going on scenic car rides and indulging in her hobbies, which included walking on the beach, hiking and collecting items from nature to make dried flower arrangements.

Linda will be deeply missed by her daughters, Holly Manuel and Jennifer Bowland; her son. Joshua Bowland and her siblings, Carol Dube, Calvin and Frank Goodine.  She also leaves behind nine grandchildren; her dear friends, Kevin Walker, Brenda Stevens and David Verner; as well as many other friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte (Whitney) Goodine; father, Eugene Goodine and brother, Kenneth Goodine.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424).  Her family appreciates the support and condolences during this difficult time.  For those who wish, remembrances may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
