Obituary of Angus Osborne

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Angus Osborne. He went peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, February 11, 2024, in the loving home of his sister, Cindy and her husband, Pat. Born January 8, 1955, on Chesley Street, he was a son of the late Joseph and Marion (Malcolm) Osborne.

Angus attended Saint Peter’s School and worked in the Olymel meat packaging plant in Alberta.

Angus is survived by his three boys: Jason McGuire, Joshua Osborne, and Zackery Osborne; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters and brother: Cindy McGuire (Pat), Daniel Osborne (Cindy Arbeau), and Elizabeth Duguay (Don); as well as 11 nieces and nephews and many cousins.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424). In keeping with the family’s wishes, a private family celebration will take place at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances to Calvary Temple Church, Sydney Street or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
