Ruby was Mom's best friend for as long as I can remember (we were all kids together) and she was the kindest , loving person you could have the privilege of knowing. Stephen & Johnny, so sorry to hear about Your mother! I will miss our phone conversations catching up. We became fast friends even though there was a few years between us lol. My family enjoyed every conversation we had with your mom & Dad - so happy we had the opportunity to know them.

There never was a sweeter lady than Ruby. I worked with her at the VON long, long ago and even though there was 25 years difference in our ages, we shared a lot of chuckles, and had many conversations about raising children ( and husbands!). I visited her once in East Saint John and we shared a cup of tea at her table. I am sorry for your loss. She was an awesome lady!

I am so sad to read about Ruby’s passing . Ruby, “Mrs. Langille”, was my favourite neighborhood Mom on Douglas Avenue . She always had time for us and I loved her soft spoken and oh so kind demeanour. She and our Mom shared a special lifelong friendship . Another angel on earth returning “home”. Stephen and Johnny, my heart is sad to know my sweet Ruby is no longer with us, but happy to know she is finally at peace. In the last few years she would often say that she was ready to go home. Ruby loved talking about her boys and how good you were to her, you filled her heart with joy and love. Treasure the memories you have of my sweet Ruby. I will miss her.
