This is very sad news. With my family, I send deepest sympathies to Bill and Pam’s family and many friends. Pam was a truly special lady and I will always remember her… she was a ray of sunshine. Whenever we met she took the time to ask about my family, pups included of course, and to fill me in on her news. She always made me smile, and I will miss those moments.

Pam was such a friend to animals and was a big supporter of our local animal shelter. From kissing booths with the lovely Phoufette to organizing a dinner and fashion show, Pam was always thinking of ways to help the animals in her community. We appreciated all she did to promote animals in need in our community. A friend to animals in deed. - Charlotte County SPCA

Today I learned that this beautiful person has passed away. When I moved to NB in 2006 Pam Vincent was one of the very first people I met and one of the very first people I would call a friend. We crossed paths irregularly over the years but her genuine interest and care was always obvious. We loved her store in Quispamsis and Marée even more. When we decided to move to Saint Andrews Pam was one of the first we told and she’s been a cheerleader for the past 2years. We are heartbroken that we have lost such a great and most genuine person who made our life in NB just that little bit even better. Thank you Pam.

I am still in total shock to hear this news! Pam hired me to work for the Canadian Patrol Frigate Program and after she left that position and purchased the Parker House Inn, I helped her with opening in the mornings before going to work. She also held the receiption at her Inn when my Dad passed away for which I was very grateful. She was a very unique person and will be missed by all who knew her. My thoughts and prayer go out to her family and Billy as this devestating time. May your memories sustain you through the coming days and weeks.
