I met Linda on the ambulance in 1998. She was the partner of my preceptor for my Paramedic Level 2 training. We hit it off right away. We picked on and teased her work partner Dougie B! We had some good laughs for sure!
I went to visit her in between ambulance calls when I could and brought her some delicious chocolate. An LPN took this picture. She was a kind, sweet and caring person and the world is less without her here. My heartfelt condolences to her family. May she rest in peace and love.

To the Family of Linda Thompson i send my heartfelt sorrow. I knew her so many years ago, we lived next door. She was the kindest person of anyone i knew. She helped me so many times and my children. She was an amazing person. She had a great, helpful personality and kept me laughing. I thought a great lot of her. She is a great loss. Heaven has another angel, and the scottish accent will bring joy to Heaven as it did to me. Forever a friend.

Good Evening:
I knew Linda as a committed paramedic caring for others. It’s a legacy to her that some of the finest stories I have heard have been about her adventures. My daughter is also a paramedic and one of my stories I shared early in her career was about Linda. I spent more than a few hours in a truck with Linda laughing, and occasionally ranting, in turns. She brightened days, and she will be remembered. My best wishes and condolences.

Thank you to the family of Linda Thomson for 'sharing' her with me. My name is Mary and my Uncle Joe was a resident of Kennebec, too. Linda was a good friend to us and always provided a lot of advice, humour, and so forth. I really enjoyed getting to know her and always looked forward to seeing her when I was visiting. Really wonderful person and I am so glad that I got to know her and she was part of my life!
